This course blog is where we communicate as a group, share responses to assignments, and post our work. You are required to publish posts according to assignments found on Moodle, and are encouraged to share images, make comments, and pose public questions throughout the semester.
Interesting to see such a subtle approach to this assignment—the manipulation are MANY, but small. While small does not mean minor, a few more major alterations might do well to tip the viewer off to the smaller ones. Perhaps making a few gradual changes to the foregrounded, silhouetted trees would help to guide our attention along the river bank through the middle ground and into the distance (some of these suggestions stems from our more recent discussion of composition and the ways in which the viewer's eye can be led). Also nice to see you taking on a conceptual, activist approach to the work—so much potential to experiment with messages and audiences in our assignments!
